CAN SOMEONE MAYBE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW TO MAKE MONEY PLAYING THESE GAMES MAYBE A LITTLE SIMPLER THAN WHOEVER WROTE THE INSTRUCTIONS. IT SAYS MY BAL IS 10. IS THAT 10 TICKETS OR 10$?

Here are the four steps:
1. After you received initial 10 free Bonus Tickets, register & play your games for free now. Play, chat, have fun, make new friends and try the games for free.
2. When you feel that you are ready to compete to win, buy cash-equivalent Tournament $Tickets

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often.
