2nd BATTLE OF THE SEXES OCT 23 8PM

PLEASE join us for the 2nd battle of the sexes here in game colony gin. 150 point matches, loser deals, The date is set for October 23, 2009, at 8 0 for the ladies and 8:30 for the gentlemen. The winner of each of these separate tourneys will play off against one another for the title.
The tourney director of the losing side is then required to go to the main gin lobby and praise the playing abilities of the opposite sex.
We had a really good time playing these tourneys last time and I would only think it could be better if we had more players to join us next Friday.
Hope you all will come and join us for the 2nd BATTLE OF THE SEXES.
SCOPEMAN WILL BE THE TOURNEY DIRECTOR FOR THE MEN, AND NICEJAMMIES WILL BE DIRECTING FOR THE LADIES. SEE YOU THERE.

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
