To ALL Hi-Rollers & Good Players

This is the fellow who says 'No Thanks' OR 'No Thank You' to many of the players who come to my table. 1. - I NEVER invite everyone to join my table. 2. - I NEVER set a table or play for less than $25/tickets. 3. - Unless someone gives me a lot of guff - I NEVER Ban - Just wait until they leave. 'I WANT TO PLAY ALMOST EVERYONE IN HERE FOR SERIOUS STEAKS'! However I am not interested in playing with other good/winning players for just one game. I am proposing that anyone wanting to play me for 25, 50, 75, 100, 200 or more - to please let me know in the room. I would like to set it up with a monitor for us to go to a VIP room and play 5 or more AHEAD until one of us wins the agreed upon total. I AM AS TIRED OF SAYING 'NO THANK YOU' AS YOU ARE OF HEARING & SEEING IT. I AM INTERESTED IN ONLY PLAYING: 200 10 L @ 10am or 11am, The Next Day. It takes time to set it up with a (TD)/Monitor. The agreement will be discussed with both players and confirmed by the monitor. I WOULD PREFER NOT TO PLAY ANY OF THE MANY PLAYERS WHO HAVE A BACKER PUTTING UP THE STEAKS FOR THEM. THEY HAVE NO PRESSURE! THIS DOESEN'T MEAN I DON'T WANT TO PLAY THE BACKER HIMSELF! THANK YOU AND LET THE REEEEEAL GAMES BEGIN!

why not set an 'invite only' table..???? it would stop 'unwanted' players joining you. I get frustrated at players (not you as i dont know you) setting tables and booting (banning)players who attempt to play them.. if they are particular then set up invite only .. this would stop all your problems!
serious 'steaks'? How about a NY strip?

You didn't have to preface who you are by saying you are 'the fellow who says 'No Thanks' OR 'No Thank You' to many of the players who come to my table'. You could've just said you were the fellow who manipulates his record by losing on purpose to lure in the bad players. That would probably be more recognizable by many. Let's also visit this one...'However I am not interested in playing with other good/winning players for just one game' Noooooooo really? Duhhh. You're just interested in defeating the weaker players that you hope join your table by looking at your falsified record. But, hey, at least you're starting to ADMIT what we already know! I'd be the first one to play you for 25, 50 ,75, 100 as you mentioned in your post but who has time to play until someone gets 5 ahead in one sitting??? That could go all day... could be over in 10 games or could take 100 or MORE. Trust me, there's nothing that would give me more satisfaction than to take your money, just come up with a more time feasible plan for me to do it.
A Modified match proposal

After a second look at the proposed one-on-one multi-game match format, GameColony is now concerned that such match may take all day or more & tie up a TD to boot. GameColony proposes a somewhat different but more realistic match format that would also open up possibilities to include more players: (1) After we have agreement from both players in writing (via Contact Us) about the timing of the match (see below), we collect the moneys upfront from both players. (2) Players play as many high-point ( e.g., 350pt ) games, as it would take for 1 player to have a 2-3 game advantage (as agreed to in letters to us from both players) (3) Players mark their tables for $1 Ticket and other agreed-to settings (e.g., 350 pt 10 L) & play these games in the common Main room. As GameColony has full monitoring and recording, there'd be no need to tie up a TD & there'd be no need to play for 24 hours. (4) As one player gets an agreed-upon two/three game advantage, at the end of the match the moneys will be disributed minus commission.
Please let us know your thoughts on it.
Sounds Like A Winner To Me !

I for one am willing to go forward and see if this new format for playing a series of games instead of just one game can work. What will the commissions be based on? A percentage? What will be the rules/repercussions for extreemly/aggravating slow play or purposeful disconnection? Belive me, I am not trying to bring up a potential negative. I for one will just not play a serious series with someone who has done this in the past but I wouldn't want one bad apple to be able to be able to upset this good apple cart. I WILL TRY TO INITIATE SOME SERIES A.S.A.P. & TY VM

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
