'Ain't' that the truth.
We've neeb taught to use those words very carefully. Like Hate, fate. loss, ouch and nooo.
In the words of the great philosopher, WILPAT, 'the dealer wqas my uncle....he's better since he died.'
As Yogi said, 'You can't lose all the time, just most of the time.'
As I said, 'ouch'
On American Idols, 'She bangs...she bangs.'
I was the 'bangee'.
I prefer to say, I came in second in the match.' Isn't that a cop-out.
MAB, thanks for making me famous.
lol...grrr

'Say the secreat word and you'll see the secretr bird.'
I give up. I never saw nor heard the secret word but I'm sure one of my esteemed colleagues will get that dubious honor.
Oh the insults we have to bear while just trying to play a simple game of gin.
Never guess where the word 'gin' came from.
Hee hee. You guys are the experts. Answer that one.
DARN!

I was RIGHT behind Ed and if I had just said 'please let me through the door first Ed' I would have won both first out and secret word because Ed is a gentleman and would have held the door for me. DARN!

I finally beat Peggy fair and square and by a large margin. What am I saying, I'm the worst players in the tourney?
Can't lie about the numbers....come one and all...sucker play. Just kidding, I lost fair and square and in record time. I believe it was less than 4 minutes. Now that's a record I doubt will be broken in a long time. By the way, on my way to losing I did manage to score 60 points. Now imagine how fast the other player had me for dinner.
The issue is now, the infamous 'secret word'. I still don't know what it was. Something dirty I guess.
Peg, I will give this honor to you any time you want. I am a gentleman and you can officially be the 'worst player' in GC.

Peggy, don't take it too heart. As MAB would say, 'You just lost to the worst player on GC.'
Just kidding.
I know you're one of the very best players on the site. So do all those you've beaten.
Come-on champ, Domino's???
That's right, you did beat me there.

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
