Posted by (VIP) 1 May 2004 5:41pm 'Rocky's List of Winners For The Tournament of Champions' Hi to all my gin players I'm very pleased to announce that we are having a special TOC tourney for all my previous 1st place winners for the month of April. Below you will find a list of players eligible for the TOC. The tourney will take place on Sunday May 9th, 2004 at 70 pm (est). The format will be 150 pts Oklahoma Double Elimination ladder tourney 10 Tickets. You will need to lose twice before your out of the tourney. Hope to see you there !!!! Having played in several tournaments, I enjoy the challenge, however they are never large enough to overcome the 'overhead' cost of the tournament as far as I am concerned. I don't understand why you are limiting field when truly 'good' players will welcome all comers and look forward to a big pot. player's special request Posted by MAB 2 May 2004 4:11pm The TOC is a result of player's special requests for a 'play-off' of those winner's who names appear on the list. Most all our tournaments are open to anyone who wants to play. This special tourney is a play-off for those who have been winners of Rocky's tourneys in April. Thanks for the TOC Rocky!!
