ANOTHER SERIES MATCH - WENT WELL !

BEVO2003 & I JUST FINISHED A VERY ENJOYABLE SERIES MATCH. WE PLAYED 250 10 L FOR 200 TICKETS, BEST 3 OUT OF 5. HE RAN OVER ME LIKE A MACK TRUCK BUT IS WAS A FULLFILLING EXPERIENCE. WE BOTH PLAYED WELL AND WERE VERY CLOSE IN THE LAST GAME. TODAY THE CARDS FELL HIS WAY. I PERSONALLY FIND THIS A MUCH MORE SATISFYING WAY TO DETERMINE WHO IS BEST ON ANY GIVEN DAY. IT STOPS THE 'HIT & RUN' FACTOR, (not to say Bevo does), AND YOU CAN JUST CONSENTRATE ON THE MATCH. BEVO & I HAD A FEW BRB's BUT ALL WENT SMOOTH. I REALLY WISH OTHER PLAYERS WOULD TRY THIS BECAUSE I KNOW THEY WOULD LIKE IT. UNTIL THEN I AM STILL AVAILABLE TO THE MANY I HAVE ASKED!

Decko, I just want to let you know I replied to your post without any harsh language, nothing detrimental or degrading. A perfectly legit post to express my thoughts and to challenge you like Rampage (i think) and Bevo did in your series match, but once again it got screened and they decided not to post it. I am done posting in here b/c I am totally 100% against the fact that a post expressing one's views without ANY bad language or detrimental to any player in here gets CENSORED. I dont know who has the authority to make those decisions in here, but whoever it is, very bad choice and it's terrible that you felt you needed to censor that last post. I challenge you to choose to actually post it and see the feedback from others in here that your just way too sensitive and it should never have been omitted from a 'FORUM' where players can share their thoughts and views. Game Colony is usually top notch but unfortunately dropped the ball on this one. Sorry you didn't get to see my post Deck, but the time to reply to you has been all taken up by this unfortunate, but necessary response to the censorship that was disappointingly displayed.

I have stopped posting ANYTHING to do with ANYTHING BUT PLAYING!
I have come to realize that there is only about 8 or 9 players who pay any attention to the Forum anyway. I don't wish to be involved, in any way, with any of them.
BOTTOM LINE - 'WHO CARES'?

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
