We do this through contact us. Simply request a ticket transfer from your ticket account to another player. Be sure to spell the player to whom you are gifting, name correctly. The other question was how long would this take. The time would depend on the time of day, primarily but most of the time is only a matter of minutes. Happy Holidays to all, Spicii
