Sometimes the scroll doesn't work when looking for players

Scroll problems are related to old Sun Java versions.

To resolve issues in a reliable & speedy fashion, please address your problems to Contact Us (not as posts to this Forum). Scroll problems are related to old Sun Java versions. (1) Uninstall any old Sun Java from your computer: Go to Control Panel & Double-click on "Add/Remove Programs". Find any Java there & Remove it. (2) Install new Sun Java by going to http://sun.com/getjava Before installing, you may have to temporarily disable your anti-virus program.
