I play mostly on a droid. I've check disallow chat, but I still see rude comments from some people.

Unfortunately, you cannot block other players' chat on your android or apple device. Please report inappropriate chat to us and we will investigate.

It really isn't inappropriate, just extremely annoying, thus the attempt to block. Thanks for the response.
