Just A Thought Posted by KillerRack (VIP) Oct 8 2006 6:57AM As we all know, this CERTAINLY isn't my first post about this. What is going on in the pool hall? People are using cheap tactics to disrupt games, using abort to their advantage, whining when they lose a match, name calling, etc., etc., etc. I know myself, I have stormed off a table and out of the hall when I'm having a bad day. But all this tit for tat stuff really needs to stop. We are (or should be) adults!!! If people are this nasty on line, what on earth are they like in real life??? I would LOVE to come into the hall someday and not have to be subject to someone else's "knock down....drag me out" verbal war over a GAME!!!! If you can't take losing a game, THEN DON'T PLAY!!! And if you can't play fair, think about whether or not you should even be playing!! By the way, Cheap tatics also include keeping another players opponent talking during a game, thus reducing concentration all round and text, as well as being very rude, does that register with anyone!!! Quit that and maybe the guilty party will get her peace. Try checkers gang, much more civilised. If my conversation or their responses bother ANYONE, I'm truly sorry. But it is not ONLY conversations I am talking about. Read the WHOLE post. Its not meant for anyone in particular; just everyone in general. You are right, Station, it IS only a game.
