Unfortunately, they are the way of life on the internet. There is no way around them. Because disconnects are unavoidable, Gamecolony implements extensive reconnection facilities. The limit on reconnection is 5 minutes. 5 minutes is usually enough for even slower systems/dial-up connections to be restored. If there is less then 5 min reconnection option, a lot of players will not be able to reconnect in time. So the 5 min. reconnection rule stays. |
