A few high up the ladder will only offer a ladder game for the price of a ticket if you happen to be a VIP. The only time a technical shot is attempted is if there is no other choice on the table and 8 out of 10 times results in a miss. So my conclusion about these players baring all this in mind, is that these good players lack confidence and ambition. If you fall under these catagories then I suggest you take a long hard look at yourself and stop worrying about rating or win streaks because good players have no need to worry, they can deal with it.
