Why is there not many people on pool? Many refuse to play those below them and some will only play ladder games for tickets unless challenged. It becomes quite depressing. As a majority game of skill, those that are good players would feel just in reaching the top, having played all those beneath them to get there. Unfortunately, its more a game of tactics that depletes morale and becomes unenjoyable to play!! I've quit playing ladder a long time ago ... When I get in the hall, basically, I just shoot pool, relax and try to keep away from the rude ones and the bulliers as much as possible.
