The last auto-update of Java from Oracle had errors. Please install the newest Java update from <A href=http://www.java.com>www.java.com</a> (Please un-check installation of optional 'Ask bar' during installation) Even if you receive a message that you already have this Java version installed, please reinstall it anyway. We recommend using either Firefox or Google Chrome browsers. Both are secure, easy to install and free. Thank you for your help, I was well and truly OUT lol. Took a few moments to grasp the idea but it worked in the end.
